STAUFF Clamp body Twin Series | Polypropylene | Profiled Design

 

The STAUFF double block clamp according to DIN 3015 for simple and secure fastening of two pipes, hoses, cables and other components at the same time. The diameter of the double block clamp can be selected in steps from 6 mm to 42 mm. The inside of the STAUFF double pipe clamp is Profiled.

Profiled design is recommended for the safe installation of rigid pipes and tubes.

 

This block clamp has a Profiled inside surface with tension clearance, so that the clamp has a good grip on your pipes or tubes. This block clamp consists of 2 parts and can be mounted by means of hexagonal bolts in combination with a cover plate or Allen bolts. At the bottom, use a threaded weld plate to mount the block clamp. The length of the welding plate determines how many block clamps you can mount next to each other. You can also mount the clamps on an underlying rail, so that you can easily mount several clamps next to each other.

 

This block clamp is available in a large number of diameters, so that you can always find a suitable size. Select the desired pipe diameter from the selection menu at the top right of this page.

 

Group 1D to 5D contain space for 1 screw

 

Each group of Stauff has its own dimensions. For example, it can happen that the same pipe diameter occurs in 2 groups. The dimension of the clamp then differs.

For example: 112/12-PP: 1 = Stauff-group, 12/12 = tube ø both tubes, PP = material (Polypropylene)
