Jubilee Superclamp W4 (AISI 304)

Jubilee® Superclamps are ideal for maritime and offshore oil and gas applications, as well as for the food and chemical industries. These clamps can also be used in place of SAE J1508 type TB or T-Bolt style clamps.

Jubilee® Superclamps have 1 bolt and are available in mild steel Zinc Plated, full stainless steel 304 or full stainless steel 316. The latter are especially suitable for applications where high corrosion resistance is required.

Available from size 17 mm to 239 mm.

From size 64 mm and larger, the clamp offers the highest tightening torque, allowing an impressive maximum recommended torque of 25 Nm.

For the smaller clamps with a smaller bolt, the tightening torques are obviously lower, but the tightening torques are still impressive compared to alternatives in the same size range.

Superclamps are particularly suitable for delivery and suction hoses that require a very good seal and for agricultural applications, waste water extraction, mining, quarrying or other sectors where a heavy clamp is required.
