An in-line coupling insert of CPC from the Multi-Mount series with a 9.5 mm (3/8") Hose Barb. This quick coupling (male) ensures a leak-free seal, partly provided by a Buna-N (NBR) sealing ring. This coupling is available with a valve (PLMD22006) or without a valve (PLM22006). (Choose at the top right at “Make a choice:”)
THIS COUPLING INSERT HAS A FLOW OF 1/4”
Multi-Mount couplings provide one easy-to-use coupling for connecting from three to five lines at once. Multi-mount couplings are available in a wide variety of materials including acetal and chrome-plated brass. Multi-mounts are keyed to prevent mismatched connections and can be configured with or without valves for maximum design flexibility.
This is how you assemble the Multi-Mount:
- Determine the flow size and type of closure.
- Order two "multiple mounting plates" (one for the coupling bodies and one for the coupling inserts) with the correct number of connection openings for your specific application (available with 3, 4 or 5 openings).
- Order two "standard coupling bodies with thumb locks" for the 2 outer openings. (See the PMC and MC series for 1/8" flow and the PLC or LC series for 1/4" flow)
- Order an appropriate number of "Coupling bodies without Thumb Locks" for the remaining inner openings (From the Multi-Mount series: PMM and MM series for 1/8” flow and PLM and LM series for 1/4” flow)
- Order an appropriate number of "Coupling inserts" (From the Multi-Mount series: PMM and MM series for 1/8” flow and PLM and LM series for 1/4” flow)
You now only need to disconnect the outer 2 quick couplings with the thumb latch to disconnect the entire series.

The PLMD22006NSF coupling insert is the original spare part for common Westfalia camping showers. The plug is the connection for the shower head of the rear outdoor shower. The CPC connector has a 9.5 mm hose connection and is attached to the rear fitting with a retaining ring. It is equipped with an integrated shut-off valve to prevent water from escaping after the shower hose has been disconnected.
The PLMD22006NSF coupling insert has an FDA Buna-N (NBR) sealing ring. This makes the coupling suitable for the food industry and therefore also suitable for use in shower equipment.
Tip:
For a longer lifespan, we recommend replacing the retaining ring with a stainless steel retaining ring. You can find this at THIS LINK. Because it is an original replacement part, you can easily connect your existing shower/shower hose to the new connection.
